• Reservations are made on a first come first served basis
• IFEAT has also secured allocated rooms prior & post conference, rooms are available on the booking link from 5th – 19th November on our discounted rates. Bookings made outside of these dates will be subject to the rates at the time and availability
• The reservation payment is secured by guarantee on a credit card, no pre-payment is made, and all payment is due on arrival
• Delegates can only access the discounted rates from the link provided
