- This workshop led by Dr Michael Zviely offers knowledge on the aroma building blocks and ingredients which enable us to plan and compose the flavours and fragrances for the food and beverage along with the cosmetics industries. The classification of these aroma ingredients into their organoleptic groups will enable the participants to better understand and plan the flavour and fragrance products which they intend to purchase for their needs. This comprehensive 1-day workshop provides better understanding on important F&F constituents and better information and basis for improvement of existing products and development of new ones. The workshop is designed for flavourists and perfumers, as well as for quality control staff, marketing, procurement, and managers within our industry.
