Reclaiming your 25% tax

For the first time, IFEAT is pleased to have arranged a service to help participants claim the 25% Swedish tax on their registration fees. In order to claim, you will need your final tax invoice, which will be sent to you by the IFEAT Finance Team 10 days after payment is received for your order.

How to reclaim:

Option 1: Self-application

Option 2: Pre-Conference application through our tax advisory partner (€50 fee)

Participants should send their final tax invoice to [email protected]. A fee of €50 will be charged by Revisorsgruppen for this service.

Option 3: Complimentary reclaim service in person at the Conference

Delegates can bring printed final tax invoice(s) to the dedicated VAT reclaim desk at the Conference.
