Delegate, Accompanying Person, IFEAT Dinner & Workshop Tickets
IFEAT has exclusive use of the event spaces in the Marriott Marquis Queens Park, Bangkok from the 10th to 14th November 2024.
Without an IFEAT 2024 Bangkok Conference Delegate Ticket or Accompanying Person’s ticket, you will be not be allowed access to the event.

Embassies globally are experiencing extreme demand for visa services. IFEAT therefore urges all attendees who need one to APPLY FOR A VISA AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR YOUR CONFERENCE TICKETS.
If you require a visa invitation letter, these will only be issued to delegates who have already bought and paid for delegate tickets. Please email [email protected] with the following details:

Exhibition Booths (Members only)
The exhibition will be held on the 2nd floor of the Marriott Marquis Queens Park in the Thai Chitlada Ballroom 2 and 3 as well as the pre- function area. This is next to the plenary room and a short walk from the networking areas.
Taking a booth allows companies to showcase their products and branding in a way that attending as a delegate or taking a meeting room doesn’t. It’s the chance to unlock new opportunities, identify new markets and position your company as an industry leader and key market player in front of the most important companies in the F&F industry.
BOOTHS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DELEGATE TICKETS. DELEGATE TICKETS MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY.

Please note:
- Booths are available for Member companies to book first
- If booths remain available then they will become available for non-Members to book
- Booths cannot be reserved/held without an online booking
- Booths do not include delegate tickets, these need to be booked separately
- Companies can select their preferred booth number/location at the time of booking
- Medium and large booths are available to purchase as space only (at the same rates), for companies to custom design and build their own booths (at company’s own cost, ONLY via IFEAT’s official contractor).
- Additional furniture, AV equipment, branding, etc can be ordered via IFEAT’s official
contractor at the exhibitor’s own cost - Large booths have sufficient space to be able to build a small meeting room on. This will be at the company’s own cost (ONLY via IFEAT’s official contractor)
- Companies can purchase more than one booth in adjoining locations
- Sub-letting or sharing of booths is not permitted
- Booths will be confirmed once payment has been received. You will then receive the details of IFEAT’s approved contractor and a request for further details.
Private Meeting Rooms (Members only)
This year, there are over 40 meeting spaces within the Marriott Marquis Queens Park, Bangkok, in 7 different categories, for IFEAT Member companies to hire. Meeting spaces are offered to IFEAT Members only. If they do not sell out, they will be available to non-Members.
Price shown is total cost for all four days from Monday to Thursday.

For reference, the plenary and exhibition will be held in the Thai Chitlada Ballroom on the 2nd floor, with large networking lounges across the event spaces.
Small rooms in the hotel
- Located in either the 9th Floor Apartments or 4th Floor meeting rooms, with adjacent networking space.
- They will be set up as standard with 1 table, 4 chairs and a table for refreshments.
Medium rooms in the hotel
- Premium location rooms across the 3rd, 4th & 8th Floor of the hotel adjacent their own networking spaces.
- They will be set up as standard with 1 table, 4 chairs and a table for refreshments.
Medium rooms, Pagoda Chinese Restaurant Private Rooms – 4th Floor
- Located in the Pagoda Chinese Restaurant dedicated to serving daily lunch & coffee, these rooms have authentic Chinese decor and are sure to impress.
- They will be set up as standard with 1 centre roundtable, 6-8 chairs and a table for refreshments.
Large rooms in the networking space
- Centrally located on the 3rd & 4th Floor of the networking space.
Extra large rooms
- Very large rooms both located on the 7th floor of the hotel, adjacent to our networking space.
- Due to the size of the room (227 sqm) our team will discuss the set up required.
Premium meeting tables
- A table and 4 chairs set up in a shared space on the 5th floor in the Sala Thai Ballroom of the Marriott Marquis with a stunning ceiling of Thai architecture
- Exclusive access to this floor, with refreshments and lunch served in the ballroom will only be for companies taking a meeting room or table and their IFEAT 2024 Bangkok Conference Delegate guests (IFEAT will require an appointment list in advance to allow access).
- Any private refreshments will need to be set-up on the meeting table.
Converted bedrooms
- Located on the 4th Floor of the hotel, approximately a 5 minute walk from the conference spaces.
- Beds will be hidden (other furniture remains in the room) and they will be set up as standard with 1 table, 4 chairs.
Please note:
- IFEAT have exclusive use of the event space in the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park hotel from the 10th – 14th November and so no-one without an IFEAT 2024 Bangkok Conference Delegate ticket will be allowed access to the event space during this time, this includes access to meeting room and meeting tables
- Meeting rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis
- Exact rooms within the categories will be allocated by IFEAT and you will be notified of your allocated room name/number, along with confirmation of booking, once full payment has been received
- Within your confirmation will be the contact details of IFEAT’s approved contractor where you will be able to request changes to the set up and order additional equipment and any catering
- Meeting rooms cannot be reserved/held without an online booking
- Due to demand, only one meeting room per company is permitted, this includes regional offices
- Sub-letting or sharing of meeting rooms is not permitted
- Companies requiring more than one meeting room can be placed on a waiting list for a second room
- None of the meeting rooms can be further split down to make smaller rooms
- Official meeting rooms in the Conference space will all be covered by the Conference Wi-Fi
- Access to meeting rooms is approx. from 12:00 on Sunday 10th November – 17:00 on Thursday 14th November
- Access to meeting tables is approx. from 12:00 on Sunday 10th November – 17:00 on Thursday 14th November
- Access to converted bedrooms is approx. from 15:00 on Sunday 10th November – 17:00 on Thursday 14th November
- All meeting rooms will receive a light clean at various points during the day

+ When does the Early Bird registration rate end?
The Early Bird rate ends at midnight (BST) on 31st July 2024. From 1st August the standard rate will apply.
+ What is included in an Accompanying Person’s ticket and who can apply for one?
The Accompanying Person ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception, Closing Banquet, lunch, tea and coffee on all Conference days. This ticket does not allow access to the Conference, exhibition, meeting rooms and/or networking areas.
The accompanying person ticket is valid for either a spouse/family partner and/or a son/daughter under 21 years of age. There can be a maximum of two accompanying persons per delegate.
Please note: Business partners do not qualify as Accompanying Persons.
+ When will I receive a confirmation for my purchase of a Delegate Ticket or any Conference Products (Sponsorship, Advertising, Meeting Room or Exhibition Booth)?
When one of the tickets is purchased, you will receive an automated system confirmation and/or pro forma invoice depending upon your payment method. Once payment is received into our account*, you will receive a PAID invoice.
*For credit card payments please allow 3-4 working days to receive this PAID invoice. If paying by bank transfer, your purchase is not fully confirmed until the funds are received, at which time you will receive the PAID invoice.
Please note: a Sponsorship/Advertising/Meeting Room/Exhibition Booth is not allocated until the payment has been received. It is not possible to reserve these items without full payment. A full confirmation email requesting additional information will be sent once payment is received.

+ Do you offer any discounts?
An “Early Bird” discount will automatically be included in any full Delegate Tickets purchased before 31st July 2024. The Early Bird Discount is not applicable on Accompanying Person tickets. IFEAT Members also benefit from an additional discount on all tickets and Conference products; if you are a Member please ensure you have logged in before purchasing any tickets or Conference products.
+ Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
No, bulk ticket discounts are not offered.
+ Can I purchase a separate or additional Closing Banquet ticket?
No, tickets for the Closing Banquet will not be for sale separately but are included in the full Delegate and Accompanying Person tickets.
If a spouse wishes to attend the Closing Banquet, they would need to purchase either a full Delegate or an Accompanying Person ticket which include access to the Closing Banquet.
+ Will the IFEAT 2024 Bangkok Conference be a hybrid event?
No, it will only be in-person.
+ Will you use the Whova app again this year?
Yes, we will use the Whova app for networking again this year. The Conference sessions will not be streamed to the platform as the event will only be in-person. There will also be no virtual exhibition booths. You can download it here: https://whova.com/download/
+ When will I have access to Whova?
10th August.
Whova allows access 90 days before the commencement of the Conference. Access will be available to all registered delegates from 10th August. Please note when registering you must tick "yes" if you want to be included on Whova (which is the delegate list). Only delegates who have paid in full will appear on the Whova app.
+ Will IFEAT give out a delegate list?
Whova is the live delegate list and we will provide a downloadable delegate list within the Whova app.
To enable networking among delegates at the Conference, we will share delegate names, job title, company name, and country or city with other delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors via our secure networking service - the official IFEAT Conference mobile application Whova.
If a delegate chooses to message another delegate, the message will be sent from the delegate’s profile on Whova. If a delegate chooses to reply, further communication will continue through the delegates’ chat or video calling function.
Please note that due to UK GDPR restrictions delegates’ email address and telephone numbers will not be shared through the delegate listing or otherwise.
Access to Whova will be available from 10th August.
+ How can I upgrade my registration?
If you wish to upgrade from an Accompanying Ticket to a full Delegate Ticket, please contact [email protected], quoting your order number.
+ Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
Printed tickets are not issued. It is a good idea to have a copy of your final invoice receipt with you when you arrive at the Conference.
