  • Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.
  • The room rates are valid for bookings made up to 9 September 2022. Bookings made after this date will be subject to room and rate availability.
  • Delegates will need to reference the IFEAT Conference to get the preferential rate.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a 2 night non-refundable room deposit.
  • The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • The hotel will send you a confirmation email directly.

Cancellation policy
If a reservation is cancelled, the following will apply:

  • After confirmation – 31 days prior to arrival date: The non-refundable deposit of 2 nights will be retained .
  • 30 days before arrival to arrival date: The full value of the reservation will be retained.
  • No-shows and shortened stays will be charged the full value of the original reservation.
  • If for some reason the room reservations are postponed, the same terms and conditions will apply as the cancellation policy.

  • Taxi service – cars kerbside at Vancouver International Airport – approx. 30 min drive – approx. CAD$36
  • Aerocar service (airport sedan and limo service) – cars kerbside at Vancouver International Airport (note: currently not operating, October status to be confirmed).
  • Skytrain service also available from the airport to downtown, but note that the closest station downtown is a 25-minute walk from the Westin Bayshore.
  • Ride app – Lyft, Uber and KABU are authorised providers of Ride app services at Vancouver International Airport.
  • Courtesy shuttles – there are some courtesy shuttle buses that provide transportation to some local hotels although the Westin Bayshore is not currently one of them.
